Personnel avenant et professionnel. 400m de l’aérogare, navette. Petit déjeuner que nous avons pris en version « pour apporter »: très pratique a 4h30 du matin!"

"Extraordinary service and first class accommodations. This convent has been upgraded in 2024 into one the best places to stay in all of Portugal. We decided to stay in Vila do Conde (along the coast) instead of inland in Braga. It was a great decision as Lince Santa Clara was incredibly beautiful and just a short drive to Braga."

"I had made the booking for two rooms for a business trip, unfortunately plans changed due to a family bereavement, the app would not allow me to change the booking dates, I contacted the Hotels.Com contact centre and explained the situation, they attempted to call the property as the revised dates I required were available. The hotel front desk did not answer and the contact centre advised they will ensure the date will be changed for both rooms, I received an email confirming the change was made after they made contact with the hotel front desk two days later. I then kept receiving emails asking how my check in was on the original dates which I asked to be changed, worried I called the contact centre again, they reconfirmed the dates were amended for both rooms. Upon arriving to the property, the hotel advised they only made a change to one of the booking dates and classified the second booking as a "No Show" for the original dates. I had to waste another hour explaining the situation, providing email confirmations and evidence. This was not acceptable as it took one hour to attempt checking in with both rooms which were already prepaid. I was advised by the duty manager to take the matter up with Hotels.Com - very poor experience..."

"The place was clean and quiet, bar and restaurant were decent, airport shuttle was quick and fantastic!"

"Hotel was just what was needed after a walk along the Camino with the lovely dip in the pool. The hotel was clean, staff friendly. Parts of the hotel were needing maintenance through all the endless walkways. The hotel lifts were really tiny for the size of the hotel. The breakfast and great pizza restaurant with incredible sea views were fantastic."
