"Amazing hotel, very high class. Not the most family oriented, but to be honest this is not the hotel to stay in when you have more than 1 child. Some areas of the hotel are not accessible depending on how you booked your stay or the package you choose. With that said, they did accommodate us a role away bed for our kids, offered an upgraded room for space, and even gave us a credit to be used for dinning or room service during our stay. They definitely went out of their way to make us feel important. The staff is amazing and the location is right by a train station to make visiting Seoul very easy. Highly recommended if it fits your needs. There is a reason it’s a Forbes 5 star hotel!"
