"I did not like asking for the towel every time. We reserve for 4 people but they keep giving us only 3 towels. Same thing for the bottled water. The room is spacious and the location is nice with restaurants nearby."

"This is definitely a family resort. They have performance at the main pool every night to keep the kids and adults entertained. They also have an above 19 pool area which is great for couples. The hotel has shown some age but it wins on service and facilities."
