I am impressed with the level of care my mom received during the stay. They rented a wheel chair for my mom with difficulty walking. Additionally the valet parked the car without any prompt. The rooms were clean and renovated but the overall building is old so we could feel the age. The carpark is also far away so we had to walk abit. We didn't use the infinity pool so overall the experience wasnt amazing. Would not recommend for people who dont intend to use the pool
