Clean room, excellent water pressure, friendly and helpful staff who answered my questions via app, location is near Myeongdong. However we returned to one particular Korean BBQ restaurant a few minutes walk from the hotel. Laundry in the basement gave clear instructions on how to operate macines and how to pay.

"No A/C? The wall unit is only for looks in October. It was hot in the room, and I was sweating. Called the front desk to complain and they turned it on for me on their end. "Been to 66 countries, this was one of the worst breakfast . There was hot water issues for 2 days..talked to the manager for some type of compensation to no avail. Gym consists of 4 machines, no way to clean after use. Not foreigner friendly, not many speak complete English. No moisturizer in bathroom. ..."
