"Great room clean Hotel. "

"The heated toilet seat was what stood out to me. Also the bedding was so soft and cozy. It was on a quiet part of town as well as a 7/11 convenience store and coffee shop. And a small restaurant. Nearby. Amazing service there at the hotel. Beautiful rooms. Clean. Great service. It’s definitely not tourist friendly due to the Fact it’s in a more industrial area. This was my first time visiting South Korea so I didn’t know where the tourists area really was. "

"The reservation was a little spooky, no response when I text him regarding if I could take you in at 4 AM, but check-in was definitely smoothly. It was a self check-in kiosk. The room was a nice size. The balcony of view was beautiful. The bathroom was nice. We only spent one day here, but when I go back to Seoul definitely recommend staying here. It is really far from everything cause it’s near the airport."

"Room was clean and was amazing for how quick I was able to get in on short notice from the airport. It was all self serviced, which I am new to, but it wasn’t very difficult. Will definitely be here again my next time through"

"Room was very clean. The unit was very spacious for three adults. Only downside was that the air conditioning was not operational but we had windows open entire stay to cool the room. Front desk made us aware at the time of chek in of the air conditioning. The location of hotel was great with ocean view. There were nice trails we could walk and nice restaurants and cafes were in short walking distances."

"Clean room, good staff, quiet room, excellent bathroom (loved their shower), overall excellent value. Hotel is in busy area, lots of places to eat, some 24h. Subway is 2 minute walk so easy to get around. This visit wasn't my first and most likely won't be my last. "

"Hotel is a 3 min walk from the Sinpo International Airport. We came early in the morning around 3am so make sure you have google translate because you will talk to representative through a computer that olds all the rooms Keys! Loved how there were coffee shops and restaurants that were walking distance! That is why I stayed here and can’t wait to come back here and stay to be near the restaurants and International Market! "I was hugely disappointed after I arrived to the hotel. The outside is a facade to the interior. The photos aren't the same to what was offered. I was too tired to fight late at night as it was for one evening of 8 hours. I had a flight to catch in the morning. No one was at the counter in the morning to ask questions or help to get a taxi to the airport. The room had no soap for the washroom. The water bottles supplied in the fridge were reused bottles and filled again as the seal was already broken. The room was certainly not cleaned or thoroughly done as I noticed a full size peanut on the floor in plain site. The duvet covers are white and not clean in the sense you can see dirt or something smeared on it and wasn't fully clean. The desk was broken on one side. Toilet wouldn't flush by the sensor and was a bit difficult to figure out how to manually."
