"I absolutely love staying at "Wyndham Garden" Hotels while vacationing. But however, this specific location is a 0/10, the Hotel is beyond dirty, the fridge barely works, there was no lightbulb in the lamp, staff barely wanted to give any towels, TV remote barely worked, had to be directly in front of the TV in order to work, air conditioner didn't work, heat didn't work, shower curtain was as if they cut the bottom of it, which made the floor flood while showering, couldn't even park in the back near my room due to the door not working... Needless to say, I do not recommend staying here at all. "

"After reading other reviews I thought it was better than expected. Although it looked like they just shampooed the carpets and couch as everything was very wet…. The floor felt a little sticky… but overall it seemed ok. "

"Airport shuttle was main reason we stayed and it wasn't available, cost me over $60 for cab rides. Hotel is supposed to be smoke free, elevator smelled like an ashtray, 5th floor wasn't much better. Carpets were filthy and stained. If I ever have to travel to Charlotte again I will not use this hotel."
