"Amaranthe Bay is a super nice hotel, the rooms are very spacious, clean and well maintained. The location is great and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The guests relations executive, Sri Mayuran, was super nice, helpful and friendly, he made our stay that much better. Also, great thanks to the chef who cooked the fish we fished for us :) it was an awesome gesture."

"Good People, great location by the sea. This is a big place, and surprisingly offers a very basic breakfast and a prebook restaurant only. There is no poolside service. As expected these are condos, so no room cleaning. Definitely not a place for remote working, internet is really unreliable in the rooms, we had extended outages on three or four occasions."

One of the guest in my party has a serious food allergy and they went out of their way to cook a special breakfast each day for her dietary needs and ensured us staff would be mindful of cross contamination during the food prep process. "We had a wonderful stay during low season at Jey’s Place. Both Jey and Anthony were so kind and accommodating, the rooms are spotless and the garden luscious. Morning coffee and evening drink on the patio outside our room overlooking the garden was a real treat. Would recommend this place and definitely come back ourselves! "

"Excellent central location for exploring central Trincolomee. Well-managed and friendly, accommodating staff. Make sure to request a room with hot water and AC as not all rooms are the same. Of note, the hotel is currently in the process of adding another floor. Once completed, there will be some nice city views from the top floor rooms."

Il n’était pas avisé de mon arrivée et personne n’était présent, à mon arrivée, à cause de la saison morte. Le propriétaire a rapidement pris en charge la situation et m’a préparé une chambre adéquate avec l’air climatisé et a fait fixer l’internet qui ne fonctionnait pas.
