Location good, close to supermarket and shops. The young man on the desk was lovely and obliging and provided a nice service. The bathroom taps and fittings need replacing, the fridge struggled to be cold and was replaced, however not much colder. The toilet button needs replacing upstairs. The door to the bedroom downstairs didn't shut properly. Would have been a nice villa back 10 years ago, unfortunately it is looking a bit tired and needs some TLC.
