Loved this hotel. The staff is very friendly and supportive and the amenities are spectacular - two pools, spa with steam room and a decent gym. Also, I received a free upgrade! I ended up extending my stay for a total of 4 weeks and would definitely stay here again.

Avoid at all costs!
The hotel rooms are in shambles, the pillow cover were torn, the shower weren’t really functioning, no hot water and best of all bathroom filled with drain flies. Our first room had a horrible bathroom, the second room we changed to had drain flies. The room itself was okay and staff are polite but that’s about it. Wouldn’t ever want to stay here.

We actually loved this hotel and got our room upgraded upon arrival which was amazing. Due to covid 19 we were forced to check out 5 days early and asked reception if we could possibly get a refund for the remaining days. Since then i have been back and forth with expedia and jambuluwuk and cant get any answer as to when or if we will receive our refund, the lack of comunication is dissapointing as we realy did enjoy our stay.

Wonderful experienced during my stay here .We arrived in late evening and was greeted with warm welcome by the staff . Changed our room due to the noise of the in-house generator that was noisy and changed to another room #321 very swiftly . Quality of cleanliness is ok but can be improve.Location is good surrounded by local eateries and western cafe . My panic moment distress me when I am at the airport departure gate and realised that we left our Blk shopping bag at the hotel . Call the hotel staff name Adriz to tell him about the situation .He responds immediately and send his staff name Dimas to deliver the bag to departure gate .Despite the heavy traffic to the airport , he make it on time and handover the bag to me with a warm smile🤗 Bravo 👏👏👍 We would like to thank you to both staff for the exceptional services rendered to us. Will recommend this hotel to our friends

Had an amazing stay at the Jambuluwuk, could not fault the cleanliness and the staff were so attentive, nothing was too much trouble. My only negative would be that the nightclub was right outside our room and wouldn't stop playing music until 5am, but I know that is out of control of the hotel and they were happy to provide earplugs on request.
