Place has definately had its day and very tired. Great private pool and attentive staff. Loved the thatched roof. Aircon worked well. Just needs a good freshen up and would be 5 stars.

Generally we had a “nice” stay. Not amazing, not terrible. The property is a bit run down feeling, and the attention to detail is lacking. The photos of the property online would have been when it was brand new and it doesn’t look like that now. If you don’t look closely then it’s nice. Eg. The outdoor bathroom is cool, however the toilets aren’t secured to the floor so the shift when you sit on them, the shower doesn’t drain so you’re standing in 2inches of your own shower water while you wash, the floor in the shower wasn’t cleaned, no hand towels, the air conditioning unit in one of the rooms smelled weird and musty despite being cool, towels often a bit marked. The breakfast cooked in the room was nice, however despite the staff having a key to the room they’d bang like crazy on the door and scream at the top of their lungs “HELLO BREAKFAST” again and again until you woke up and got out of the bed to let them into the villa. Then they’d cook the food while you might have dozed back off then they’d bang on your bedroom door screaming HELLO BREAKFAST again again again. Just super unnecessary and not a calm way to start the day when you’ve booked the breakfast for a certain time, and they could just let themselves in to cook. We made a note for them to let themselves in in the future rather than waking us up on arrival and then again once it was ready which they did listen to once, but then the loud banging/yelling wake ups continued. Late checkout payment seemed dodgy

The description of the property was not quite correct. There is no restaurant or kettle or coffee machine. The first room we had was close to the road so very noisy. We relocated further away and it was a bit quieter. Towels were not that clean and stained. However the staff were extremely nice and helpful and nothing was too much trouble, even changing rooms.

You definitely wont be disappointed, very beautiful villa. Though it is getting aged. The pool fountain wasnt on the whole time, we asked several ppl to turn it on, they kept saying it was too hard and our bed was broken, you could see how many times it had been temporarily fixed. Dont recommend the in house massage, wasnt what we asked for and was done on our broken bed. All in all lovely place to stay.

Me and my wife stayed at the property for 5 nights in a private villa. Overall, it was a great experience. The staff were really cooperative and kind all the time. I would give 5 stars to the staff for their hospitality. Maintenance of the property is something the owner or management should look at, which can be improved.

Overall good property and our stay was pleasant. Pros : great location, your own private swimming pool in the villa (best part !), good staff, grocery shops & restaurants are close by, plenty of parking. Cons : no microwave in the villas, every time you want to warm up your food, you will need to go to reception and ask staff member. In our case, we didn't have enough dishes and had just 1 coffee mug. Coffee satchels were not refilled regularly (had to call reception). Toilet condition was 6.5/10

Good place to stay, we were picked up at the airport and upon reaching the villa were welcomed with a cold drink and showed us our villa. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. Every morning we had a cook come to our villa and cook us breakfast. The place is walking distance to seminyak square and has some nice eateries near by.

Staff was very nice as expected. Looks good in photos but our villa was run down. Outsourced restaurant, couldnt order 4 desserts we wanted, not available. Noisy neighbours and area, couldnt sleep. Toilet needs 3 flushes, bathtub was dirty, mosquito net dirty, hard pillows, bed uneven, safe didnt work. Being critical because its not worth $240 per night, should be worth $120. We've stayed at over 26 hotels. So disappointed that i made an effort to write my first hotel review.

Need maintenance and cleaning!
I have been staying there a few times for the past 5 years and I have always enjoyed staying at Bhavana villas however this time was very disappointing. The pool was so dirty I could not use it. Some guests were having a party all night in the villa next door and after calling reception at 11pm, midnight, 2am and 4am to complain about the noise the party and noise was still on and I could not sleep all night. The villas are spacious and nice but are completely run down, a serious cleaning would be highly needed. Even our towels looked dirty. Very disappointing! We will look at other villas for our next trip in Bali.

Had to wait about an hour to check in as the room wasn't ready. Staff did not inform guests of water works being done daily noisy machinery and intermittent periods of no running water, pool level very low water feature not working and jets struggling and noisy even though asked for a top up to be told maybe tomorrow. CD and DVD player not working in the outside area staff suggested we move the player from the bedroom outside to listen to music whilst in the pool then move back inside to watch DVD not ideal if one wanted to swim whilst the other wanted to watch DVD in bed. Our villa was close to the reception area and obviously the area where staff took breaks as noise phones ringing day and night and staff being loud.
