"A lot of ants inside the room. We needed to pay for the air conditioning 8€ per day which is not in the description. We stayed 3 days and the day after we asked for towels change then they said they change towels every 2 days. After 2 days we asked for new towels then I had to hear that i got only 1 day left before check out and they don’t charge towels when we got only 1 day left. Really weird rules. "

"The apartment is right by the beach which is perfect! Upon arrival (12:00) we received a warm welcome. We were taken to the bar since we arrived quite early. "We very much enjoyed our stay at Villiana. The sea view from our large terrace was incredible. Our kids had lots of fun in the pool. The room was great: large, clean with a well-supplied kitchen. Chris was a big part of why we enjoyed our stay so much. What a great host! He made great recommendations and was so warm and accommodating! Our stay was too short. I hope we can visit again one day soon."

"We loved our stay here. The staff are welcoming, thoughtful and happy to help. Room was clean comfortable with a lovely balcony and drying rack. The pool area is where we spend most of our time. The pool is perfect for cooling off and where you can watch mountain goats climb the cliffs, and where cretan vultures soar. "

"The rooms and property exceeded my expectations. Well maintained and beautifully appointed. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and friendly. The property is on the hillside giving gorgeous views. I was nervous about dragging my suitcase up the hill but I was met in the parking area and everything was taken care of for me proactively. They have a lovely bar/restaurant area with a good selection of food and wine. You can't go wrong booking this wonderful property."

"Stayed at NIKO for a long weekend in mid October - we had the BEST weather (sunny and warm but not too hot) and really enjoyed our time there. The views are just stunning (definitely recommend sea-view rooms). Great service and attention to detail. Breakfast buffet is excellent and all hotel staff from reception to bar/restaurant are incredibly nice and helpful. Thanks in particular to Manos, the night receptionist for being so helpful and welcoming when I arrived so early in the morning!"

"Brilliant resort, well catered for everyone with kids and for those who love sports. Food on ala carte restaurants is amazing and very good quality. Waterpark is brilliant and there are plenty of pool optipns so it doenst feel crowded. The only downsides are: 1. the beach is small and it gets busy quickly..Also, it is sandy beach, but half way through the water, there are large sharp stones at the bottom so you need to be careful. 2. There isnt much to see around the hotel within a walking distance but Herosnisos is 10 minutes by bus. 3. Water and pools are very cold in October unless it ia over 30 degree outside. "
