"Nos encantó hospedarnos en este hotel. El personal es muy amable y ofrece una servicio de prier nivel. El lugar también está en el mero centro de Selcuk, lo cual es muy conveniente por la cercanía a 4 minutos caminando de la central de autobuses y shuttles. Ahí puedes conectarte con los lugares de interés como Éfeso, Siringe y la playa por un bajo costo. "

"We stayed at a lot of lovely properties with nice hosts throughout Turkey but nothing can compare to the Livia Garden Hotel. The host was AMAZING. He was friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful. The property itself was beautiful. Modern facilities with old world charm, a nice pool, wonderful breakfasts and very comfortable beds. This was by far, our favorite place to stay!"

"Although a 5-10 minute walk to town it was well worth it. Nice and quiet, lovely pool to cool off in on a hot day. The breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice and very fresh and tasty. Most of all though the staff were fantastic and could not do enough for you. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Selcuk."

"Gorgeous setting high above(but a five minute walk down to) Sirince. Every unit unique with thoughtfulness to the smallest details. Service that not only reaches out but accommodates any request. Food( both breakfast and dinner) plentiful, high quality with great variety. Transfers to/from Izmir airport seamless and pleasant. Easy to arrange additional transfers to Ephesus, Selcuk, and other historical sites on short notice. Immediate area beautiful to hike around. Weather in early May was perfect for sitting out in the evening and for walking during the day. I would not hesitate to stay in Nisanyan!!"

"This holiday had everything we needed as a 3 generation family. The accommodation, food, entertainment and facilities were excellent. It is a little more dated than som other hotels but that was what really worked for us all. The grounds are beautiful and walking through the gardens was bliss. Really close to the beach and plenty of different areas if you want music, kids fun or peace and quiet. All staff have been friendly, polite and professional. The entertainment and animation team are excellent. They invite to join in and inform you of activities without being pushy or rude. All in all, I would definitely come back and stay again."
