Dear guest, You mentioned about your staying room but you booked already family room. Also, that's room is big. We have bigger king rooms. If you booked king room instead of family room , you can stayed in the king room. Also our rooms have sound proof between each other. Instead of giving our hotel a low rating during your stay at the hotel, we would have helped you better if you told us about these issues. We wouldn't let them bother you.
