"I think the property is well situated close to old town lucerne and shops and dining. The hotel has an adjacent restaurant which is great. The property is close to train if travelling by train and close to lake lucerne if you want to book a boat excursion. Staff was friendly and attentive to needs and suggestions of what to do. However, when we attempted to eat at the Juliett restaurant, we sat at our table for 20 or 25 minutes without even being offered a glass of water. As a result, we looked for meals outside of the hotel, which we would not have done otherwise."
