"The wardrobe door can't be open nor close properly as it was stuck; the shower was clogged with hair, with stain on the sofa and toiletries that seems to be left behind by previous occupants. Oh... The beautifully landscaped grounds, stunning beaches, and exceptional staff make this property stand out. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though a bit more space would make them even better. The breakfast buffet is outstanding—spotlessly clean, with an impressive variety of fresh, delicious options. What truly sets this hotel apart is its people. The entire staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making every guest feel welcome. A special thank you to the hotel manager, Donnie, and the outstanding Executive Chef, Massimo, whose professionalism and hospitality made our stay even more memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!"

"This is our second visit and we plan to come again next year. We really enjoy the location, rooms & friendliness of the staff - we felt the service was personalised and sincere. The dining experience was wonderful location however the quality of the food (being taste) was inconsistent between different choices particularly around meat dishes being a little dry and sometimes undercooked. We had stayed the previous week at Hotel Intercontinental Westlake in Hanoi where the food was 5 star plus so maybe that caused us to have high expectations. That said - we are coming back for a third time so that shows just how much we enjoy our stay. Michael & the team are simply exceptional and look forward to seeing them all again next year."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the food and drinks were quite expensive. However, there are several excellent local restaurants nearby where you can enjoy delicious meals at more reasonable prices. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel."

"This is our 2nd time staying at this Villa. The service team was speedy in their response and service. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Renting of floats was expensive (S$50 for 2 floats for a day) The food from room service was average but the team had great recommendations on where to go for dinner which was excellent. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. Will be back if I’m going back to Bintan."
