"WE ARRIVED AT 9AM AND WEREN'T CHECKED IN UNTIL WE COMPLAINED LATER IN THE AFTERNOON WHEN WE SAW OTHERS CHECKED AS THEY ARRIVED. WE WERE TOLD SOME STRANGE TALE ABOUT THE KIND OF ROOM WE WERE GETTING. MADE NO SENSE AT ALL. SERVICE WAS GOOD AFTER CHECK IN BUT CHECK IN WAS A NIGHTMARE."
