Our guests go out and return late at night, employees leave work after sunset, and all return safely. Homeless people do not equal dangerous people.If you didn't go out at night, you missed out on a vibrant nightlife, all because of your misconception of homeless people.

While most guests rave about our amazing location and the close proximity to restaurants and major attractions, we understand it is not to everyone's liking. If you really want to pay the extra 30+ per night hotels charge for the convenience of a frozen waffle, powdered eggs, and reconstituted apple juice, you could have. But instead, you chose to book a room with us knowing our amenities, only to complain about the overall cost of staying at a hotel in downtown Seattle. That is a bit ridiculous. Travel safely and enjoy the thawed bagels.Our guests save the money they would waste on a hotel with continental breakfast prices and grab fresh pastries from Macrena's Bakery.

The homeless population in Seattle will ask you for a handout. Simply tell them no or ignore them outright and keep touring the city.
