Service was impeccable and room was comfortable and clean with a beautiful view. I wish i felt safer walking around the area at night alone but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

Valet staff were great; reception is on the 16th floor which was a little odd; expensive for style of room and far too many mirrors - no one wants a mirror in the separate toilet!

It was a very comfortable and safe location. The hotel staff were extremely competent and friendly. The later checkout time also came in handy. Very close to the lumen field upscale decor, worth every penny. Valet parking was super slick too.

The Lottle Hotel is beautiful and within walking distance of most major Seattle attractions (eg, Pike's Market Place, Underground City tour, Chihuly Gardens, etc.). The restaurant and bar are excellent and provide a beautiful view of Puget Sound. All staff that we encountered were so friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there the next time I visit.

The hotel was located in a prime location - Lyft rides seemed to be readily available; but everything is also within a reasonable walking distance (T-Mobile Park/Lumen Stadium, Pike Place Market, Ferry Building, Seattle Public Library, Sky View Observatory). But the absolute highlight was our room and the hotel staff, from the first welcome at the door to the reception and housekeeping staff. We had our privacy, and were well taken care of. Staff were at the front door every time we entered and left, and they ALWAYS acknowledged us with pleasant greetings. The hotel was a bit of a splurge for us but it was all well worth it and we can't wait to return to Lotte Hotel! We truly appreciated the ethnic diversity at the hotel and in Seattle, in general. Being from the San Francisco Bay Area, we felt right at home.

It was one of the best hotels we have stayed. Everything was better than expected or described. Staff were all so nice and polite, including the valet guys! It was such a pleasant stay. The view was nice as well and the room was so aesthetically pleasing too. Loved it!

From the beginning to the end our stay was pleasant. Hotel is located in the middle of downtown and is close to the subway and plenty of places to eat. We were able to walk down to the fish market every day. It was also easy to get to the airport by train or to the baseball stadium. The front desk and doorman were very nice every time we saw them. They were very eager to help with directions or whatever we needed. It felt very welcoming. Room was nice with an excellent view of the bay from our window. Room was cleaned daily with care. Shower and bathroom were quite roomy with excellent water pressure in the shower. Would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Seattle.

The room was well designed and thought out also very clean! Service staff in lounge friendly . The disappointment was in the sheets that had several holes the size of pencil tips all over we were also charged after check out for charges from a week before to the room...so double check your receipt a few days after billing.

The property and lounge were very nice, the valet however misplaced where they put my vehicle and asked me if I had a tracking device to where I could locate my car myself. They made me wait and told me that the person who parked my car messed up and parked it somewhere incorrectly. I was also trying to get change to be able to tip, the bar does not carry cash and the front desk told me that I could use the atm on site which was out of order and said I had no options to get any cash.

There was no on site parking, instead the only option was to have a valet driver take your car to a different hotel’s parking lot for $72. Disappointing because I wouldn’t have booked this hotel if I knew that’s what it meant when it said “parking available”. The bed was comfortable & the room was nice enough, but nothing spectacular. Probably won’t stay here again.
