I have stayed at many high end hotels... this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and is one of the overall best hotels I have ever stayed at. The Club perks were second to none, and the staff was BEYOND accommodating. I will be planning a trip back just to stay at this hotel again!

Hotel is fine. Good sized rooms and location central for Seattle. I find “resort fees” a frustrating rip-off. This hotel does allow you to reclaim by using the food outlets. However, must be used each day, you cannot accumulate and use all the credit you’ve accrued at the end of your stay. This isn’t explained clearly in the literature relating to the fee which is annoying and I found a petty as what difference does it make.

The only reason why it does not have an Excellent rating from me is because they did not honor my room request (King bed) and walked into a room with 2 queen size beds. When I called the Front Desk, they said there were none available...but they did not tell me this while I was checking in.

The pillows are terrible. Beds are not as comfortable as they used to be. Key cards never work for the club lounge. It used to be that Sheraton was the nicest place to stay. It just seems like things are run down and room service comes in a box and with the condensation it’s soggy. Wish they would go back to plates and carts. The new way is the lazy way.
