This hotel is a big complex, I feel like it was a half mile walk to my room, so if you have mobility issues request a room close to the lobby. The Restaurant was good. My only complaint is the shower, I think the shower head was 5 feet from the floor and I'm over 6 feet tall, it was at my shoulder. But overall a good hotel with a free shuttle bus to and from the airport.

Ridiculous configuration of hotel buildings. Five different wings, that when you get off elevator there are no signs to find which wing you are assigned to. Instructions from front desk confusing to find room inaccurate then upon finding room key didn’t work. Parking fee of $35 dollars very steep. Never will stay there again.

We had a very early flight from the Seattle/Tacoma airport. The hotel was very close to the airport and provided free shuttle to and from the airport. The shuttle picked us up on schedule and was very comfortable.

Balcony door tracks were dirty, and balcony not very clean. Room was nice, and very spatious; nice view of the airport, even though I reserved a Mountain view room. Enjoyed the cookies provided by the front desk agent; he was very pleasant and sociable :)
