The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast choices satsfactory. Shuttle to airport on tume and driver friendly. However, the area around the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Litter, loiterers. While I felt safe during daylight I would not venture outside by myself after dusk.

Shuttle driver a little wild better hold on! Breakfast if you're diabetic nothing to eat not even sugar substitute for coffee . Strange noises at night.

Pillow was stained, a tequest for coffee maker topk 45 minutes and did not include coffee packet until rewuested. In AM discovered only coffee was decaf. Jacuzzi was broken. I was surprised at the quality of service because Fays Inn has usually been satisfactory.

Close to parking for airport. Parking is awkward but available. Vanity outside of bathroom made getting ready in a hurry much easier.

Location is very good: walkable distance from SeaTac Airport, just next door to Seven Eleven store, several restaurants around the hotel.. I couldn't take hot shower in my room at my second stay (after having returned from Canada): Even when I turned handle to right over the center, water was not warmed.

Staff and shuttle service was excellent. Breakfast could be improved with a better selection for guests. There was a hair in my bathroom that was not mine and it stayed the whole trip because i wasnt willing to touch it.

The stay was up to standards. The person who checked us in was too busy on the phone talking to someone else that he barely paid attention to his three customers. He needs to put the phone down.

First driver good. Driver back to airport not so good. He liked stepping in the gas quickly. My room after locking it I could see right through to the hall outside my room. I was so tired from the day I just used my suitcase raised handle and jacket to block out the outside. Bedcover had some dark stain on it. But it was clean. And elevator was not working. Needs renovated. But hey it had a fancy mirror!

It is supposed to be a 3-star hotel? There is no functioning elevator for a third floor room. Hallways are dirty. Rooms are depressing. Neighborhood is dicey.

The breakfast consisted of mini muffins, yogurt, cereal that has sat too long in the dispenser, tang and the weakest coffee possible. Our tv didn't work the first night and they said they would try and figure it out but never returned. Our second night a guy figuredout how to connext it to cable but then every 2 minutes it would go into screensaver mode and we'd have to reset it over and over again. Eventually we just gave up. As a place to lay your head it met the base criteria of having decent beds and the hallway was quiet but that's it.

Untrue Descriptioks & lost vouchers - bad gift
Used all my vouchers from Hotel.com for this booking for and wasted these. Advertised had gym to use (CLOSED DOWN/ non. Existent) - and breakfast (not really) - and the condition left this experience - bad write up on site - 99% for hotel .com bookings is right - must have missed the mis- representation of this hotel
