The staff were excellent. Location brilliant, room was immaculate. All of which has nothing to do with Expedia who were appalling in regards to our booking. Staff very happy to help. However glasses of wine hideously expensive feel quite strongly that you are profiteering excessively on this item - but that's we've learnt and will ensure we'll just bring our own - and you lose any sale. Wise up - £12.50 is not acceptable for a glass of wine
