"Breakfast was above average. Parking was $15. That is outrageous. Did not read all the paperwork when we reserved. If you do it at all out it in the price. I know it’s pure profit but think about the people who stay with you. Bad thinking. People remember. Also it was party time for the kids that were there. Loud slamming doors. Beating on the door to get someone’s attention. I heard them up to 2:45 AM. They should have been thrown out with no refund. I’ll probably stay there but if I stay awake because of a them. I will expect a refund. So kick them out for the people who are not there to party. "

"Location was great 2 blocks from the beach.. no beach views from the rooms tho. The breakfast was convenient and being able to rent the beach chairs. There was a bad odor in our room. The front desk was notified and I was told housekeeping would check into it. ( it smelled like vomit in the corner of the room) we came back and they room was cleaned but still had odor. We couldnt use the fridge due to it having a bad odor as well.. i dont know if it was a smell that lingered but it was also the outside of our room?? I noticed air freshners hanging in the vents. Beware of side door not locking, sign says it is locked at all times but comes open without using the key. Safety concern for my family our room was close by the door. So just disappointing on the smells and non locking door. "

"This lovely condo is nestled among the trees, and is in a great location, within walking distance to Egan's Creek Greenway and the beach. The heating and cooling system (we needed both in Feb!) work perfectly. We enjoyed the privacy of the spacious screened porch, and the French doors allowed us to enjoy the trees even when it was too chilly to be out there. When we had a little glitch the owner was all over it and quickly resolved the problem. An additional treat- the bed was super comfy. It is a third-floor walk-up, so be aware, but the comfort and privacy is worth the effort."
