"Everything was fine except for the fact that the building is 3 stories high and does not have an elevator. I don’t have an issue with walking up a few flights of stairs. However, the stairwell was extremely narrow with small steps that made it very difficult to navigate; particularly around corners. I’m a slim guy; 6’, 0” at 155 pounds and even I struggled. With luggage in tow it was a daunting task. When checking out after a 2 night stay I was carrying just a duffle bag and missed the last step falling directly into the last corner before the exit door. I wasn’t injured but I wanted to put other’s on notice in the event they could possibly have any trouble. "

"They do not allow check out past 12 noon and even that is hard to get. Even if you pay them for a late check out they will not accept it. The hotel was not full it was a Monday, I’m not sure why they have this inconvenient rule about late checkout. They said if past 12 noon they would charge for another night. The room also didn’t have a microwave. Sodas are $4.50 each in the vending machine. We go street-side so that was not very quiet either. Nice place if you get the ocean view side and are fine checking out at 11 am. "

"I booked a suite 12 days in advance but when I checked in, they told me the suites we're booked. I paid for a suite and was not given a suite."

"Stayed in room 306 perfect visibility to the ocean. Enjoyed listening to the ocean waves at night and watching sunrise on the patio with dolphins jumping close to shore. This is the absolute perfect bed and breakfast. The hospitality of homemade “pancakes” pastry juice and coffee every morning is comforting. I will be back to sunset beach soon. Peaceful at night. Quiet in the mornings to regain your zen and peace of mind. Thank you again OCEAN SURF INN I truly love your place and the Misses for her yummy breakfast. 💕💕"
