Wonderful host and a wonderful place to have breakfast with a view. Would highly recommend this place as you travel the north coast 500.

The room was amazing. The view was spectacular. The bed was really comfortable. I can't fault the place at all. The only downside was the wifi wasn't working and the 4G was down also. This could have been due to the weather but it made communicating with the host difficult but thankfully we had everything we needed and it was only a two day stay.

We recently enjoyed our holiday stay at the Lindisfarne bed and breakfast in Stromness. This was our first visit to the Orkney Islands and we stayed there for two weeks. Kevin and Debbie were our host's at the B and B. They both looked after us superbly. The quality of the accommodation was excellent and the breakfast was generous and delicious. We will most certainly be returning and cannot find the word's to thank both Debbie and Kevin for their fantastic hospitality.

Wonderful location and had a fantastic stay. Enjoyed many fresh meals, welcoming hosts and the bed in my room was especially comfy! Will definitely be coming again.

Very well presented property, stunning surroundings. Communication from the owner was very poor, no response to any messages prior to my stay and I had to ring to find out which cabin I was stopping in and how to collect my keys. This was by far the most expensive accommodation I’ve booked while working in and around the whole of Scotland for the last 3 year and I would have expected the check in to be flawless for the price paid.

Great views, food and service. An absolute oasis!

Lovely location, staff very helpful and kind. Rooms clean and well stocked with coffee etc. View from our room was stunning and the temperature in the room was perfect, the ability to open the window at night was good. The menu was not the largest and didn't change through the week but the food we did have was excellent.

Beautiful setting, excellent food,comfortable room with a great view, informative distillery tour and no obligation to purchase.

Mayanne was a lovely host. The room was comfortable, warm and we had a lovely view over the Loch. We arrived soaked after a hike to the Fairy Pools and Mayanne kindly dried our coats for us in her private rooms. There was an Indian within walking distance and breakfast next day was nice albeit there was no cooked breakfast offered. Nice little place and we would definitely stay again 😊. Hope the weather is better next time ,

This was a perfect find. Although the room we had was a little small it was immaculately clean and very warm. Bed was big and very comfy. Added value were the spa and sauna. The Restaurant was very pleasant and the food was delicious. Breakfast was exceptional and the homemade muffins a real treat.Although this was more expensive than other hotels, if you make use of all on offer it is a great choice. Overall a great hotel where to the good outweighs the negatives. Goods - Food at the restaurant is great, Staff was helpful and friendly and the views were awe inspiring. The not so good, the price at the restaurant was high, the room was very small. Over I would say again.
