"Nice stay"

"Good location with access to all Benaras has to offer including temples and ghats. Hotel was very comfortable and excellent service maintaining the property and really good food."

"The staff was warm and attentive. Helped me when I needed to go a doctor. "

"Excellent customer service from Staff and very well maintained rooms. Monu and Vivek at the front desk went above and beyond to help us with our itinerary and securing a ride. The other staff at this hotel were also super polite and ready to help whenever they saw us. Nice people and nice place. The location is also convenient with the hotel being on the main road, it was easy to get cabs, autos and rickshaws to get around. "

"Room was great"

"Room and services were good.Onlt thing that was not good - all time some civil work going on from morning till evening."

"The stay was very pleasant, Helpful staff. Rooms very clean and the atmosphere of the hotel was very positive. Would recommend this hotel for future stays."

"Rooms were not entirely clean, Staff was average."

"インドとは思えないほどにハイクオリティなホテルでした。"

"Everything was very well managed by the property caretaker however, the hotel location is little tricky, not easily tracked by Google map. Apart from this, my experience remained excellent. Staff was very helpful and supportive. Newly built very nicely decorated🎀 and very well maintained."

"Clean room and great staff. Room smaller than expected."

"Good things: Quick and Helpful staff, decent sized rooms and a restaurant at the ground floor. . Good for 3 travellers looking for single rooms Things to be mindful before booking: location is a bit inside, difficult to get cabs or transport sometime. The hotel rooms are super brightly lit, there are a millions light switches. Under construction - a gym and swimming pool still underway.. Value for money: 4/5"

"Everything is terrible the manager doesn’t know how to talk even suggestion for everyone better find some other place to stay "

"Don’t Go by look, it’s not at all worth and pure waste of money. Stayed here 27 - 29th December 2025, room 216. 1) Geyser not at all working, wasted 2 hrs each day. 2) Asked for towel after check in, that came 2 hrs later after multiple calls. 3) Housekeeping and customer service also too bad. 4) too dirty blankets. "This property doesn’t deserve to be on expedia. False description of rooms. All Rooms are smoking only, yet you would think that you selected a non-smoking room. They didn’t provide basic amenities such as drinking water or towels in the washroom. Expedia listened to my concerns and provided some compensation. But if you are looking at this property as an option because prices are competitive, please choose the other option, you’ll thank me later."
