"Room was nice, clean, spacious. The best element was the front desk staff - all were gracious, pleasant and professional. A special shout-out for Ajah (Asia?) - who shared her thoughts/experiences with us on rental apartments in the area (our trip was to explore apartments for our move to Tucson). Her willingness to make our visit better even though our question had nothing to do with the hotel, was greatly appreciated! "

"I really liked the decor and landscape of this hotel. It really celebrates Arizona and the desert. Also, we left before 7am and the staff already had coffee, etc nice teas, not just lipton. Also Angel checked us in and went out of her way to bring us a microwave so we could warm up food i brought from home. Very pleasant and helpful. Rooms, beds, and showers comfortable. Only tiny issue was that the toilet paper roll holder was loose (minor, but fixable). "
