"Robbed while sleeping. Luckily not attacked or hurt. During a business trip in January 2026, I was robbed while asleep of phones, laptop, ID, wallet, drivers license. Everything. Forced access through the sliding door. No CCTV cameras, no monitoring. Think twice if you're planning a trip (business or pleasure) or you're bring international guests. No compensation from this 5 star rated hotel."

"This was a fun stay with a safari feel, but there wasn't much game watching in this residential Eco Estate. This stay was in winter and the tents were cold, although sleeping was fine with electric blankets. However, all of the staff were very accommodating and the food was good, especially the breakfasts."
