Loved the hotel. The location was a bit further from where we ideally wanted to be but the staff were great, service was good and overall an excellent experience.

The hotel was amazing. Where it was situated the scenery was breath taking .amazing people and very polite. 5 stars on a 4 star hotel.

Location and size of Hotel fantastic for centre of Coimbra. Walking in the gardens you wouldn't believe you were so close to the city centre. Staff were excellent and very attentive.

Adoramos o hotel. Limpo, boas instalações, staff muito simpático. Comida e bebida tudo bem confecionado. A repetir. A piscina exterior soube muito bem com os 40 graus sentidos nesse fim de semana.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Palacio da Lousa. Our room was big and spacious , the breakfast was comprehensive and catered for all tastes, there is good free parking at the back of the hotel and we had an excellent evening meal one night.

El sitio que se encuentra ubicado es muy agradable para mi gusto por el entorno natural

Absolutely beautiful hotel - room was very impressive - large, clean and very comfortable. Pool was fantastic as were the staff. Highly recommended.

Safe off-road parking too which was a plus. Previous reviewers complained about the road up to the hotel (absolutely fine - just a normal road) and the wi-fi (worked perfectly plus good 4G signal). A really nice vibe, friendly and helpful staff.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Such an interesting hotel with a great host. Definitely recommend.

Decent location, good car park for bikes, comfortable room…..

An over night stay. This is a large modernist hotel, some of the room fittings are just starting to show their age although this did not spoil our stay. We had an evening meal at the restaurant which was fantastic. All the staff were very helpful. There is free parking and WiFi and the hotel was easy to find. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, great location for trains and town. Walls are a bit thin as could hear everything next door said!
