"A great hotel in a perfect location. It is centrally located in Zurich, close to the main train station, the lake, and many museums. The room was excellent, especially the bed, which was super comfortable for us. Due to its central location, we were able to walk everywhere, and it has excellent access to public transportation when we wanted to see other places. There are plenty of dining and shopping options around it as well. I can only highly recommend it."

"The hotel construction is very stylish. The front desk people are very nice and helpful. We were upgraded to a premium room. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Other amenities such as spa and sauna are also very good. Great options in breakfast. Walking from the train station. Would highly recommend. "

"Room was great, with everything one may need. For me it was a little cold in mid Oct. Heat is controlled from the front desk. It would be useful to have more explanations in the room, like what to dial for the font desk. Breakfast was also very nice. Most of the ladies on the staff were quite nice, but the desk clerk was kind of stiff. "
