"This was the BEST part of our 2 week trip. Excellent location. Walkable to everything! Money exchange right outside the door. Train station steps away. Lake, steps away. Mountains to die for! Shopping, restaurants, churches, attractions all easily withinh walking distance. And so quiet for a big city!!! We loved it and will stay at Hotel Monopol when we return!!!"

"Hermitage hotel is a wonderful place to stay Rafaela on reception did really great job on assisting us. Every staff there are nice and kind. Waking up with the lake lucerne and mountain view was amazing. We definitely coming back. Highly recommended for others to enjoy."
