"We really enjoyed our one night stay at The Landing Schenectady. The staff was very helpful and friendly, our room was spacious and clean, the fitness center was quite sizable and well stocked, and there's easy access to a lovely bike/walking path by the river. The downtown area with many restaurants etc is about a five minute drive, and there's a Starbucks conveniently located in the lobby. We didn't participate in the casino, which is located at the far end of the hotel. So unless you make the effort to go there, you'll hardly notice it. It was well worth staying here, highly recommended!"

"To nitpick: the walls are thin. You hear every cough next door. And the coffee pot wasn't clean. And when I took my shower in the morning the best the water temp could give me was like warm --until I was done, just as I was about to shut off the water it got hot. lol. But other than that, zero complaints and I would stay again. I can sleep thru noise. If the slightest of noise bothers you, you might not be able to sleep well here."

"My stay was good. The room was a good size, but I really didn't have an opportunity to use the amenities. I feel that the amount of the pet fee should be disclosed at the time of reservation. It was way too high. It was almost half the cost of the room. Due to the high price ,I doubt I will ever stay there again. This pup is well trained but your rates will make road trips too expensive."

"The only thing I noticed was that behind the coffee carafes was the lamp with dust and cobwebs. Too close to the food. Otherwise the place was pretty clean. The staff was friendly."
