Another fantastic stay at this hotel, very conveniently located, beautiful rooms & the breakfast is just amazing!

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were very helpful. Eating in the bar was very pleasant with attentive staff. Would use again if returning to Brussels

Lovely quiet room, lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby.

Great service for a difficult guest (me)! In a good location. Clean. Fresh breakfast

Ideal location - 5 min walk from the city centre and most of the top attractions around Brussels. Airport is 30 min drive and about €40 by uber so perfect place overall. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and overall hotel room, facilities were great

Great room, very quiet, in quirky hotel close to Brussels main attractions. 10 Minute walk to Grand Place and it was very close to Place St Catherine which is buzzy with restaurants and bars

Love the hotel itself, staffs are very helpful. Only the area seems to be very rough.

It was a quick one night stay for a business trip. I ended up in the Mercure as the hotel I booked was over booked. However, they found a very acceptable room for me. As I had pre-paid I just needed to find the city tax so was very happy with my stay.

Excellent location - Grande Place Executive lounge access - very comfortable and cosy

very nice stay

It was clean, friendly and close to the main attractions. Was a pity that it was simple to transfer to the other Novotel Hotel as I unfortunately made a mistake.

Good hotel. 20 minute walk to the city centre. 5 minutes walk to the train station. Nice helpful staff . Clean rooms.

Very convenient and clean hotel , literally 2 minutes walk to main Eurostar train station. I would recommend to business and leisure travellers

It was great , will recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a quick gateway which is close and less stress to locate.
