"I absolutely loved my stay at The Henderson! Every part of the property was stunning. From the private beach (yes, even a shoe rack!), to the excellent service, valet, restaurants, adults-only pool, and complimentary bikes—everything made my experience unforgettable. "Went for a conference, and really enjoyed having this beach front condo so close to everything. Everywhere we chose to go when we weren’t on the beach was within 10 minutes. The condo was great for our family of 4, but we could’ve comfortable had more people with the couch. "

"Stay was great view of the ocean from the property is great even not being right on the water. Got the wrong pool code but it was an easy enough fix. Theres a couple places to eat within walking distance so that was a bonus. Picture from beach access directly in front of property "

"Overall this was a great condo. The view was great. We even woke up to dolphins playing which we could see from our balcony. The walk to the beach is just steps away. However, when we got to the condo, after about 5 minutes, we noticed the bottoms of our feet were completely black! The floors were filthy. There was also very very low water pressure in the showers. We did contact customer service at one point because the people in the next condo were forever smoking weed and it was filtering into to the room where our son was staying and in the bathrooms. Unfortunately, they did not mange that particular unit so we were stuck with it as there was nothing they could do. I will say that any time we contacted the customer service they were very quick to respond. I did not complain about the floors because I didn't want cleaning people in and out after we had already unpacked most of our stuff and there was no safe in the room for valuables that we could find. The other thing I wish I would have known is that the beach chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach for the Edgewater property are only for particular rentals - ours was not one of them, so we were not allowed to use them even if unoccupied, and if we brought our own chairs we had to stay behind the ones set up for those rentals. We were not allowed to bring our own umbrella either - only chairs. The pools were nice and clean. There was also volleyball, basketball, etc. & close shopping."
