"This property is excellent fresh modern reasonable and a brilliant view . It’s close enough to everything but you feel like you are the better side of Scarborough. Local dining at the Hideout Bar excellent food and breakfast just a 5 min walk away . Good for the open air theatre cricket club and peasholme park . Thankyou all the effort is appreciated bin off the tacky hotels take your family somewhere nice "

"The property has some maintenance issues that need sorting. Carpet to bathroom and bedroom is loose. Its a curved staircase and its very dangerous. I asked about fixing it which i was told would be done by handyman. All he did was tuck it in so within a day was loose again which caused an accident. Bathroom is damp and paint and plaster is peeling off. Few other bits as well need sorting. Its a nice central place with lovely views. "When staying at this accommodation they did offer clear instructions on how to find and where to park, The apartment was clean and spacious, However we found that you could not use both showers at the same time which wasnt acceptable when this place wasnt cheap , Why have two showers if this is the case, We also found that two of the windows were broken so we were unable to closes these at night and with the busy nightlife outside we had a restless night, We also found the bedding to be poor...
