"This place had the best customer service ever!! They had attention to detail in the room and outside area. Our room was very clean, food was delicious. The views are phenomenal. I can't wait to come back. This place is a ten plus. Only one downside was for what ever reason it did not take our Discover credit card and it wasn't on our end. "We stayed as a family of five at Casa Lotería in August of 2025. It was WONDERFUL for us! We ate breakfast everyday at the cozy restaurant by the pool, then chips and guac for lunch. Alan and Jonathan ended up feeling like family. Our boys, ages 15, 14, and 9, were in the pool a good amount of time (as were we). The staff was incredible. There is parking on-site. Rooms were clean, cozy, w nice, cold AC. We would recommend this little hotel to couples, singles, families. We are a bit homesick for Casa Lotería in Sayulita, and we WILL be back. "
