"The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The coffee shop right outside the entrance is also fantastic and a great bonus. However, the common areas and pool could benefit from better upkeep and maintenance. The biggest downside is the number of roosters around the property. Their constant crowing makes it nearly impossible to sleep past 6 a.m., which can be frustrating if you’re hoping to enjoy a relaxing morning. Overall, the property has a lot of potential, with a great location, excellent rooms, and wonderful staff, but some improvements to the common areas and noise levels would make the experience much better."

"Absolutely loved our stay! Such a beautiful, relaxing and extremely creative space. It feels like a jungle tree house with ocean sunset views. We would have been happy never leaving the hotel, it just feels good there. The staff are so kind and welcoming, we really enjoyed their company. They even shared drinks and food with us. Be sure to check out and buy some of Abuelos jewelery! Also you have street tacos a block away, the beach around the corner and Su Pancha Madre up the street for the best sopes ever. What a magical hotel in a magical town! Amazing place"
