From check-in to check-out, everyone was so friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. "Beautiful romantic location. The food was great, the staff were attentive and very pleasant. The room came with a working fireplace and the hotel provided the firewood. The town of Tapalpa is nearby, great restaurants and street food! "
