"Barely any services. For coffee and breakfast uou need to go to the food court of the casino. The pool has been not in function since the hotel opened. The terraces and vommin seating areas you cannot even get a glass of water or a coffee. I booked a room to attend my Sons graduation with my famiky over 6 minths ago, i have stayed at the hotel ever since it opened viaiting my aon at university and the weekend that matter when I am here with my wise tjey put me in a terrible “wall facing” room and when i asked to swap the check in ladies had no autjority to help and the “duty supervisor” asked me to upgrade for 100$ i norder to get a slighly brighter room. Amazing cuayomers skills!! Will never be back and reccomend not trying it. Place is made for the gambling crowd that dont want any service"

"Staff all very nice and helpful through the hotel. Pool was clean and everything working. Arcade was nice and if things were out of order they worked promptly to repair. I didn’t come across anyone not being friendly. One of the best places I have been too."

"if you are thinking about booking this hotel. don't hesitate. The room/bathroom were beautiful and extremely clean. the sheets were crisp. the pillows were amazing. the pool was the best one I've ever seen. not only it was gorgeous but you can actually swim long laps in it (no hot tub, though). it had a nice gym as well. i highly recommend going to the buffet. the food tasted great and it was plentiful. overall, I can summarize it with one word: "amazing""

"Check in was super easy, the rooms were SO clean. Breakfast in the morning was perfect, exactly what we needed for our drive home. Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area."

"When we pulled up, it wasn’t much to look at from the outside, but once we got inside, it was beautiful and clean. The room was clean. The fridge was big with a big freezer and microwave. The staff was friendly. The lounge was great. The pool and hot tub was awesome."
