"The room was spacious and nicely designed with magnificent view of Tokyo City. Location was easily accessible and there were many interesting scenes and shops to look at. Airport bus also stops directly at the hotel. Definitely will stay here again!"

Breakfast was great and the staff there were always welcoming. Room was spotless and great bathroom too. All staff were extremely courteous. It was a pleasure to stay there. I booked 2 rooms and it was immaculate."

"Room was very clean and well maintained. The view from the hotel was wonderful to which you could see the view of the street and buildings. You can leave a card outside to replace towels, clean room, or both. There was a convenience store inside and a restaurant to eat. Very well made. Would return!"

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the cleaning staff were punctual and courteous. They changed the towels and emptied the garbage daily. The front desk staff was also very courteous and accommodating. We forwarded some luggage to the hotel and both bags were waiting for us in our room. The washer and dryer worked well too, even though it took a while to do a load. The only negatives is that the room is on smaller than we expected. No closet either – just some hangers on a rod against the wall. The bathroom fan also stayed on all the time blowing air into the bathroom. There was no switch to turn it off. Plus the bathroom was muggy all the time. It would have been nice if it had better ventilation."

"Staff were very helpful. Security was awesome! Amenities were great. They provide you with new toiletries everyday. Cons were that the rooms were small and food was the same everyday - except for one dish, you get the same breads, salad, sausage, scrambled egg, etc. I wish they'd change more dishes daily. After a week of eating the same breakfast, we'd just go there for bread and coffee then walk to the nearest restaurant. My tip is, if you'll be staying for several days, don't get the free breakfast deal since you'd actually be paying for it anyway."
