"Great hotel in a prime location. Lots of activities and good restaurants. Obviously rooms were on the small side but that is to be expected from the hotels in Tokyo. However, the bathrooms and tubs were awesome! Loved soaking in the tub after a long day of walking. Staff was very quick to address issues and were nice. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend especially if you want to be in an area of lights and action. Definitely not the location if you are looking for bamboo forests and no one around."

"All are very good! Just few steps to Ikebukoro Station. Many convenience stores nearby. Staffs all are very warm and helpful. Room very clean no matter it is a years hotel. There is airport bus in front lobby hotel to Haneda and Narita. Only rate a bit high... Thank you "

"Extremely clean and comfortable but small rooms. Can fit luggage under bed so really space was adequate. Perfect location for me. Check in was a little rough, but not terrible. Suggest not arriving right at check in time if you want to avoid a wait. That said, wait wasn't terrible; I'm just impatient. Given the price, it is well deserving of five stars."
