"Beautiful resort and wonderful location. Warning about Sun Valley, attractions close early in the season, locals don’t know much about history or where to fish or see wild game and many of their roads are UNPAVED. "

"We stayed four nights at the Tamarack Lodge while skiing at Sun Valley. It was a great stay. The room was clean, large enough to stay comfortably in for several days with all our gear and the staff was helpful and responsive. And a big plus, we did not rent a car and the bus stop for the ski resorts (free) was very close by."

"Clean and Affordable. Mountain Village Lodge is a great place to stay in Stanley, Idaho, that is affordable. Many rooms have great views of the Sawtooth Mountains. The rooms are simple, clean, comfortable and the natural hot springs also has a stunning view of the Sawtooth Mountains. They are the best. In the winter, there are cross country skiing and snowmobiling nearby. "

"We loved redwood cabins and our short stay there! The view is incredible with the sawtooth mountains in the distance and the river running right behind the cabins. It was perfectly located just outside downtown Stanley where we could take a five minute drive to the great restaurants. There’s also a wonderful companion to the cabins that was one of our highlights of the stay, a cute dog named Titus who was so calm and loving.overall great stay and we’ll definitely be coming back!"
