"The location is superb, but it’s a dated property which is crying out loud for renovation! I slipped on the foot mat almost twice because it’s slippery, just outside the main door. Pool area will make you wait for 20 minutes even to get a coconut water which felt like I bought from a roadside vendor, it was hot and covered with foil ? Never seen a five start property charging 250 dollar a night in such a shabby condition! "

"Absolutely unreal stay! From the minute we entered the property to leaving - we were looked after really well by Nilam on the front desk (she deserves a raise!!!). They also upgraded our room and celebrated my masters which was such a lovely surprise. The most luxurious stay in goa, peaceful and food was incredible. Rooms were outstanding - this is why I always pick Taj! Looking forward to being back. "

"The staff were very efficient, friendly, and provided excellent service. The hotel itself felt very safe and secure. However, the surrounding area was not very clean or easy to walk around. Guests also need to arrange private taxis—either on their own or through the hotel—if they want to visit places like Old Goa or the beaches in South Goa. In my opinion, the hotel should have a concierge who can help organize group tours for guests."
