"Vasa Hotel is very clean and has a sophisticated, upscale atmosphere. The decorations were always on point and added to the overall elegant feel of the hotel. As for the food, I only tried the breakfast buffet, but everything I had was delicious with a good variety of options. I didn’t use the spa or the gym, though I did see the gym facilities and they looked very well equipped. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only small challenge was a bit of a language barrier at times, as some staff members had limited English. Overall, I had a great stay and really don’t have any complaints."

"Staff is very attentive, kind, and helpful. Hotel is otherwise not in good condition. The public spaces and restaurant are nice and in good condition. However, elevators are very slow. Hallways and rooms are old and not in good condition, disappointing for IHG brand. The bathroom is old with rust on the fixtures. Only given 2 towels and they are gray, stained, and smell bad. One of the bedside tables appeared to be falling apart. Bed was okay. AC not very strong. Only positive was the service provided by staff. The hotel is otherwise in poor condition and not like other IHG brand hotels."
