"The Hotel was centrally located and had some nice amenities including a breakfast bar with Eggs, Sauasage, Hash Browns, etc. The room we had was ok, modern and clean. The floors seems cheaply done and the office chair should be replaced for fear of falling backwards. The biggest disappointment was the bed and pillows. The bed was uncomfortable ans so rickety that any movement sounded like an adult film. The pillows, although plenty of them, were the size of throw pillows and very flat. Next time in the Soo we will try somewhere else. "

"Very clean, looks like new carpets, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff (we needed a late check out - was not an issue). Breakfast was basic continental fare but no complaints. Parking vey adequate and across the street from DQ!"

"The staff were very polite and friendly. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was firm and comfortable. Shower was excellent lots of hot water. Only down side for me was the internet didn't work. Other than that it was a good stay. The lady tried to get the internet to work for me but for some reason she couldn't. I will come back."

"Front desk attendant during check in was rude and assuming. Grabbed a food delivery order, he accused me of being a ‘bum’ coming into facility as my hair was wet and i was in pyjamas. Amenities are out of date. Water pressure in room were horrendous, taps barely worked. For the amount I paid for 1 night was very disappointing."
