"O Hotel Cisne entregou o que foi proposto e pelo valor pago, então dentro do esperado. O estacionamento é bem limitado. Com um carro do tamanho do meu, um Nissan Sentra, precisei fazer algumas manobras pra conseguir entrar em algumas vagas, e mesmo assim teve vaga que não comportava. Se for caminhonete, pode esquecer, não entra.

"So I stayed at the property for 3 days. I must say that the staff work very hard to maintain this facility. The breakfast is fantastic, as they have all sorts of things to chose from and being a vegetarian I was able to enjoy the eggs and fruits/granola options, but they also have meats, juices, and yes coffee. One thing you need to realize is that Sao Paulo, LIKE ALL OFF IT ( downtown core)has tremendously large homelessness and street drug problem. As a forigner, you need to learn to adapt...

"The room was very unique with beds on both sides of a large curved room. But it works! The view was great. Lots to do nearby. Parking was a bit difficult as nothing is clearly marked when you pull into the tunnel where Uber and valet all combine into a tight space. Staff was amazing!!"
