Beautiful and peaceful place. Great rooms, pool area and breakfast. Would come back again.

Good: nice seawater pool, private clean beach, excellent breakfast, kettle in room. Thermal pool was good. Not many children but ours were welcomed. Would recommend it Bad: reception staff unable to advise on local day trips, did not know much about local towns, you have to research yourself.

Excellent stay here. The junior studio suite was spacious with a lovely balcony. The room was very clean, fresh towels and cleaning daily. The rooftop pool was amazing and the daily breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only small comment would be in the studio there was a kitchen however limited utensils available to actually cook. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again for a relaxing stay in Cecina!

Amazing short stay for a couple.

Great place

My partner and I spent one night in Volterra and we could not believe our luck when we walked in to the Albergo Etruria. We were made to feel immediately welcome and a family feeling permeated our whole time there. The hotel is imaginatively and beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable, situated in a wonderful location and there is an attention to detail which is very rare nowadays. The property seemed very new and was very clean and spacious. We did have a room with a terrace but being December and in the middle of a storm we didnt get to use it but I'd imagine it would be lovely on a nice warm evening. It is overlooked by high rise buildings so not private. We felt very welcome on arrival and were shown how to use the facilities. The rooms are above a restaurant which even though they had a party that evening we didn't hear much noise and very local to the main streets...

This was a real gem. I had a single room but the bed was bigger than a regular single bed and was very comfy too. The facilities in the room were excellent and classy, including a shower that had a fine array of options and was switched on by a remote control, a first for me! Breakfast was in a lovely room and the table settings were, again, very classy. The host was gracious and accommodating including setting breakfast for me early on the day I left. All in all, I recommend highly.

Beautiful property in a lovely setting overlooking the marina. Great room with excellent facilities. Restaurant options on site are very good. An ideal base to chill out whilst in Tuscany.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, comfortable, nicely decorated and convenient. Bit basic but we only stayed one night so it was perfect as a stop over. Room fan was a godsend

Very relaxing spa hotel. If you use all the spa facilities, they are really quite good. But lack of staff assistance and info meant I didn't even discover some of the excellence until leaving. I even enjoyed the foot spa, only once, 4 pools red hot, blue cold. very bland when the taps are not adding jacuzzi effect and the taps only come on at random times. We did not realise the spa shower had interesting features (like warm trickle). I had a Massage from Gaia.... It was 5*...cannot fault! but...

Totally wonderful experience. Staff, decor, food was without doubt the best hotel during our monthly tour of Europe.

Excellent location in the centre of Chianni, which was perfect for exploring the local area and eating out. The staff were all very friendly and the continental breakfast was nice. There was a small refrigerator in the room and if there was just one extra small thing that would have been nice, it would have been some coffee making facilities in the room itself. Overall a lovely stay with the brilliant restaurant to dine at.
