Most miserable receptionist in the world...
"The old guy is probably the most miserable receptionist I've ever come across. I apologized for not speaking Turkish, and used Google translate from then on - he refused to talk into my phone for translation and kept getting annoyed that I didn't understand his Turkish. "Otele yaklaşık 1 ay önce rezervasyon yaptım. Rezervasyon günü otele gittiğimde otelin kapalı olduğunu gördüm. Yetkiliyi aradığımda hotels.com ile 1 aydır çalışmadıkları söyledi. Bu durum bana soylenmedi. Böyle bir çalışma ahlakı olamaz. Hotels.com sitesinden memnun kalmadığımi belirtmek isterim."
