"The old guy is probably the most miserable receptionist I've ever come across. I apologized for not speaking Turkish, and used Google translate from then on - he refused to talk into my phone for translation and kept getting annoyed that I didn't understand his Turkish. Kept accusing me of being a Syrian refugee!
